Located at the south side of the villa, a beautiful turqouise untouched sandy beach with crystal clear waters, amazing for a morning swim. The beach provides no services or shade. Water and comfortable shoes are recommended. Could be croweded in weekends,

Tersansas beach - 5 min drive.
A small protected sandy beach, also suitable for small kids, has a nice tavern and provides shower, sunbeds and umbrellas and has a small cantine for a snack or coffee.
Perfect in times of strong winds or for an early morning swim.
Seitan Limani - 15 min drive
For those seeking something a bit different, Seitan Limania is a hidden paradise nestled between steep cliffs. While the narrow path down to the beach is a bit challenging, the stunning views and crystal-clear waters make the hike worthwhile. There are no services and t is advised to take water. Â
Mararthi Beach - 30 min drive
A beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, water sports facilities for rent such as paddle board, kayaks and seld driving motor boats. Our recommendation for an excellent fish restaurant is Patrelantonis.
Falassarna Beach - 70 min drive

Falassarna Beach, around 60 km from Chania, is famous for its long stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters. Known for its breathtaking sunsets, Falassarna provides a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.
